Let me introduce myself I’m Tracy and I’m a bit of a geek when it comes to studying fitness and human movement.
I believe in educating and empowering my clients to understand their body teaching them how to train in a safe, efficient and effective way to get them to their goals. 
Whether you come to see me to improve your sporting performance, move better after injury or improve your fitness;
technique, form and efficiency of movement are the cornerstones of what I do with all my clients.
A body that moves well, is less prone to injury and has far greater potential for sporting performance and staying active as we age.
Combining the best of my experience from personal training, pilates, yoga, biomechanics and running you will take part in tailor-made sessions that will improve both your body and mind

Your progressive training programme will be designed to ensure you reach your goal and keep you on track.  Incorporating varied cardio and strength workouts to ensure maximum benefit and enjoyment

Pilates & Yoga

A whole body exercise utilising Yoga and Pilates to tone muscles, improve core strength, balance, flexibility and gain inner calm.  Great to help balance a programme or excellent in their own right

Intrinsic Biomechanics

If you have reoccurring injuries, discomfort on exercising or would like to improve your sporting performance then, an booking in for a biomechanics assessment would be a good idea. Often the problem is away from where you feel the discomfort and an assessment would identify this.

Anatomy in Motion

Looking at the connection between how you move in your body, your standing posture, your feet, plus how you walk, and your injury history, are all used to help you find centre, with a freer and pain free body.
